At SHOEBACCA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original brand box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
